𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
Manage multiple client engagements while developing a strong understanding of each client’s business and tax needs
Review tax returns for accuracy and compliance while providing constructive feedback to staff
Lead client meetings for tax planning, strategy, and implementation
Represent clients before tax authorities when necessary
Monitor engagement progress against budgets and deadlines
Mentor and develop junior team members through coaching and technical guidance
Stay current on tax law developments and share insights with the team
Support relationship building with new and existing clients
Requirements:
Active CPA designation required
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
6+ years of accounting experience, with 5+ years in public accounting
1+ year of supervisory or team leadership experience
Strong experience with business, individual, and estate tax
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
Strong communication and client relationship skills
