We’re seeking a Senior Accountant (CPA or CPA Candidate) to join the team. This opportunity is ideal for someone with solid Canadian public practice experience who enjoys working directly with owner-managed businesses, leading client engagements, and mentoring junior staff in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Preparing and reviewing T1 and T2 tax returns for a diverse client portfolio.
Managing client relationships and providing practical accounting and tax advice.
Supervising and mentoring junior team members.
Supporting owner-managed businesses with accounting, tax, and financial reporting requirements.
Working collaboratively to deliver accurate, high-quality client service through a detailed review process.
Requirements:
CPA designation or CPA Candidate.
Public accounting experience within a Canadian CPA firm.
Strong experience preparing T1 and T2 tax returns.
Previous leadership or management experience.
A stable employment history, ideally with 4+ years at your most recent firm.
Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for building long-term client relationships.
