We’re looking for an experienced Senior Audit Associate to join a growing audit team in Lancaster, PA, with a focus on serving Not-for-Profit organizations and Government entities.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform audit procedures in accordance with GAAS, and when applicable, GAGAS and Uniform Guidance
Assist with planning and executing financial statement audits for NFP and government clients
Prepare clear, organized workpapers and audit documentation
Evaluate internal controls and identify accounting issues
Develop practical recommendations and communicate audit findings
Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams
Mentor junior staff and contribute to a collaborative audit environment
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; advanced degree preferred
2+ years of public accounting experience
Experience with Not-for-Profit and/or Government audits preferred
Strong understanding of GAAP, GAAS and related standards
Proficiency with audit software and technology
Strong communication, analytical and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple engagements and priorities
Team-oriented approach with a strong commitment to client service
CPA exam preparation encouraged; CPA support available through the Plan to Pass Program
Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation
