They are looking for an experienced Tax Manager or Tax Senior Manager to join their team and work with sophisticated clients while contributing to a culture that values being accessible, attentive, collaborative, compassionate and knowledgeable.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage complex tax engagements and provide thoughtful planning and compliance guidance.
Develop trusted, long-term relationships with clients and understand their changing financial needs.
Review tax work and provide technical guidance to the team.
Lead and develop staff while supporting a collaborative team environment.
Participate in client proposals, business development and broader practice initiatives.
Requirements:
CPA Licenced or actively completing exams towards CPA licence
Strong experience with HNW individuals, business owners, partnerships, S-Corps, C-Corps, trusts and estates
Experience with complex federal and state tax compliance, planning and consulting
Strong client relationship and engagement management skills
Leadership experience mentoring and developing tax professionals
